If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern PC eSupport’s relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term ‘PC eSupport’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Online Service Warranty:

PC eSupport has a (10) ten day warranty for Online services provided, along with a guarantee that if PC eSupport is unable to resolve the problem you will be refunded for your payment for the repair upon allowing us to undo changes we made to your system. Once a service is started PC eSupport must attempt all possible solutions before issuing a refund. If a customer requests to stop the service in the middle of a repair prior to all possible solutions being applied the charge will not be refunded. If during the (10) ten day period from the completion of your service the same problem comes back PC eSupport will attempt to correct the problem again at no charge. If PC eSupport is still unable to resolve the problem you will be refunded the full amount paid for the repair. The guarantee only applies to the repair, any diagnostic fee's charged are not refundable for any reason.

Onsite Service Warranty:

PC eSupport has a (15) fifteen day warranty for onsite services provided. If a problem that has been resolved returns during this period, and the cause is determined to not be the fault of the user, we will either send a technician back to your location or attempt to resolve the problem online. If we are not able to determine the problem or offer a resolution you will only be charged 50% of the onsite service fee for the time spent working on the issue. By signing the work order page you agree that the technician was onsite during the times listed, and for your credit card to be charged for the full amount quoted during your consultation call. Onsite service fee's are not refundable.

Authorization to access your computer:

When clicking on our Connect button you acknowledge that by your use of our services you are authorizing
PC eSupport to access and control your computer for the purposes of computer diagnosis, service and repair.
PC eSupport may download, install, take control of your computer, change settings, remove files, and any other necessary actions to complete the support request. You agree that PC eSupport shall not be held liable or responsible under any circumstance at any time for any type of loss or damage including data loss while receiving our services.

Diagnostic Service:

We will attempt to perform a diagnostic on your computer online or via phone. The $24.99 diagnostic fee is not refundable for any reason including not being able to connect to the computer. Once the diagnostic is complete we will attempt to repair the problem, if we are able to repair it we will charge a $65 repair fee at the end of the call. If we are unable to repair the problem you will only pay the $24.99 diagnostic fee.

Service Availability:

PC eSupport Online service is available nationwide in the United States. Onsite service is available in most areas nationwide and may be serviced either by a PC eSupport technician or authorized contractor depending on the location. Customers are provided with an estimated time when making appointments. This is an estimate only and can vary based on many factors such as previous jobs, traffic, vehicle issues, emergencies, and other incidents that may occur. PC eSupport may not he held liable for losses due to a late or missed appointment and may request to reschedule if needed.

Onsite Service Liability:

PC eSupport provides onsite in-home service. You agree that PC eSupport shall not be held liable or responsible under any circumstance at any time for any type of loss or damage including data loss while receiving our services. All repairs on your computer must be completed at your location and equipment should not be removed for any reason. If you allow equipment to be removed by the technician PC eSupport shall not be liable for damage or theft.

Missed Appointments & Cancellation Policy:

PC eSupport will charge a $15 fee if an online appointment is scheduled and you are not available for the repair at the scheduled time. Online appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled anytime before the committed time at no charge.

PC eSupport will charge a $50 fee if you request for an on-site service visit and wish to cancel the order. If a technician arrives at your location at the scheduled time and you are not available, you will be charged for the full amount.

Unpaid Balances:

Any unpaid balances that remain on your account will be subject to a 35% collections fee and will be transferred to our collection agency. This applies to declined credit cards, credit card disputes, or any other reason resulting in an unpaid balance.

Optional 1 Year Unlimited Support Contract- Paid In Full

- This service covers only the same PC that was fixed during your initial Online support session.
- This service will allow you to receive unlimited online support.
- This service will automatically renew 1 year from the start date in the amount of $159.98 unless you opt out of auto renew.
- This service is not refundable.
- PC eSupport will make every effort to repair your computer, some issues may not be resolvable online.
- PC eSupport reserves the right to cancel this service at any time if we determine the service is being misused, abused, or if you require an exceptionally higher than normal number of support calls. No refunds will be issued if cancelled for this reason.

Optional 1 Year Unlimited Support Contract- Monthly Payments For 1 Year

- This service covers only the same PC that was fixed during your initial Online support session.
- This service will allow you to receive unlimited online support.
- This service will automatically charge your credit card for $14.99 once per month for a minimum of 1 year until cancelled.
- This service is a 1 year contract and may not be cancelled until 1 year from the initial billing date.
- This service may only be cancelled or refunded within 10 days from the signup date if we are unable to fix the initial issue.
- PC eSupport will make every effort to repair your computer, some issues may not be resolvable online.
- PC eSupport reserves the right to cancel this service at any time if we determine the service is being misused, abused, or if you require an exceptionally higher than normal number of support calls. No refunds will be issued if cancelled for this reason.
- PC eSupport will send your account to our collections department in the event that your credit card is declined and you do not provide updated credit card information. Once in collections, you will be billed the entire total of remaining monthly fee's in a lump sum from the current date until the 1 year contract expiration.
