PC eSupport Inc. was established in 2003 to provide online and onsite computer services to commercial and residential clients throughout the United States and Canada. Our technicians undergo an extensive training and testing process in order to familiarize them with all available computer programs. We also record and review every call that comes to us in order to evaluate the quality of our customer service on an ongoing basis. Our number one goal is customer satisfaction, and we strive to make each and every call an exceptionally positive experience.

While we are able to repair 99% of the computers we service, our goal is not limited to repair. We strive to educate all our customers on how to properly maintain their computers and prevent problems in the first place. The majority of our calls are related to virus and spyware issues, and we have a specialized technical team for these issues. We also advise clients on how to avoid viruses, back-up their systems, and increase the operating speed of their computer. We partner with our customers to provide an optimal computing experience for them.
